Founded in 1993 as Renaissance Training, the company incorporated in 1998 as Training Partners Plus, Inc. This shift was made to better position the company in the market place and to reflect the values of partnership and collaboration with clients and contract vendors.
With a slow growth strategy of adding one new client each year while still maintaining existing client needs, Training Partners Plus, Inc. has grown steadily and now operates with a small core staff, supplemented from a pool of many talented and highly regarded colleagues.
In 2009, the company launched a new division, RetailTraining.com to capitalize on the subject matter expertise of founder, Becky Lucas, and a comprehensive retail curriculum architecture and retail education model she developed which aligns to the 5P Retail model.
