Additionally, Becky has also received National Professional Certifications in Retail Management, Sales, and Customer Service. The NRF Foundation's professional certifications and credentials validate industry knowledge and skills defined as part of a 2004 federal grant for high growth industries.

Training Partners Plus, Inc. (TPPlus) announces the selection of Latitude Consulting Group, Inc. as their learning management system (LMS) partner for launching their new RetailTraining.com division. TPPlus will be able to leverage three learning portals available through Latitude. RetailTraining.com courses will be available through LatitudeU’s public domain as well the RetailTraining.com Training Store. TPPlus will offer LMS services through LatitudeLearning.com for retail clients wishing to monitor and track courses purchased through RetailTraining.com. The Latitude LMS is used companies like Chrysler, General Motors, Microsoft, and PepsiCo.

Training Partners Plus, Inc. has applied for and received approval to be included in the U.S. Central Contractors database as well as the Illinois Department of Central Management Services database. This move positions the company to be eligible to receive funding set aside for small and minority owned businesses when awarding contracts.

Becky Lucas recently published an article, “Tools of the Trade: Structured Interviews.” The article is based on the workshop, “Alien Speak: Structured Interviewing.” Published in partnership between the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Performance Improvement is an acclaimed journal geared toward practitioners of performance technology in the workplace. The journal deals with all types of interventions and all phases of the HPT process. The common theme is performance improvement practice or technique that is supported by research or germane theory.

Training Partners Plus, Inc. recently won awards in both the Telly and Aurora competitions for film and video productions. The awards were won for scriptwriting “Fleet Management,” an educational video for rental store retailers. Since 1978, theTelly Awards have honored the very best local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions, and work created for the Web. The 30th Annual Telly Awards received over 13,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents. The Aurora Awards is an international competition designed to recognize excellence in the film and video industries. It specifically targets products, programs and commercials that would not normally have the opportunity to compete on a national level, by focusing on non‐national commercials, regional or special interest entertainment and corporate sponsored film and video. Entries come from across the US, and abroad, such as Russia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Germany, Australia, Mexico, etc.

Becky Lucas received the designation of Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). She is among the first 100 people in the United Stated to receive this designation. The eligibility requirements include a minimum of three years of experience in performance improvement or related fields, and a detailed description of work performed in multiple projects in a manner that demonstrates the use of each of the Standards with attestations from internal/external clients or supervisors. All candidates for the certification must commit to the Code of Ethics. Once certified, performance improvement professionals must apply for re‐certification every three years to maintain the CPT designation.
