Methodology
Training Partners Plus, Inc. utilizes the Human Performance Technology Model (HPT) as a basis and guide in assessing the need for training as a solution to a performance problem. This model has been adopted by the International Society for Performance and Instruction (ISPI) as the standard for performance improvement professionals.
Once the training need has been validated and defined, Training Partners Plus, Inc. follows a systematic process in program design and development. However, following methodology should never hinder the work effort. Very frequently, work flows from one phase of the methodology to another so smoothly, that the client is not aware a formal methodology was used.
Sometimes the project does not merit the need or allow the luxury of time to complete each phase in the methodology. The bottom line is that the application of the methodology is part of the up-front project definition and contract agreement with the client. Training Partners Plus, Inc. will consider and adapt each phase of the methodology in order to meet deadlines and ensure that our clients can expect consistency and quality in the finished product.
